Apply for Youth Funds

Do you have a youth organization, group, club, or team that needs funds? Denmark Lions Club might be able to help.

Complete and submit application 60 days prior to the time in which the funds are needed. You can do it in two ways:

  1. Print the Application for Youth Funds, fill it out, and mail it in.
  2. Fill out the application below and submit the form.
